Kaili had her first ever concert tonight. She has been itchin' to be the one on stage since Kiana's preschool graduation last year. She has been watching the old videos of Ryan and Kiana's concerts... practicing their songs (unfortunately, there is very little creativity at these things, they seem to do the same ol' shows just different kids... kudos to Ms. Audrey for shakin' it up last Winter Concert when she had Kiana's class sing "This Little Light o' Mine").
The show was much shorter than usual which was a nice change... There was just enough cuteness to make us all happy throughout the chaos created when the parents come to the stage to get the kids. (Why do they do this? It doesn't make sense... If the tots need to be with their parents, have them leave the stage and move to the back of the auditorium to be retrieved instead of making us all watch them get picked up...)
Kiana got to hang out with her preschool buddy, Isabelle... as they watched their little sisters - and old teachers... and playground friends from last year! :)
Anyway... the show started with Miss Nikki leading the 2-year-olds... then all of the 3-year-olds sang together which was super cute - Miss Karla and Miss Tammy did a great job with the choreography! The only annoying thing was that the first number was done with half the kids standing in the back row so no one could see them. Luckily, Miss Nisha figured it out and lined them up in one big line. Amelia (Isabelle's little sister) was so cute! She stood on the end and was super animated... we were fortunate enough to be right in front of her so we got some good footage of her... pictures, too!
After the 3-year-olds performed came the 4-year-old classes... Miss Gloria's class was adorable - Little Leah (who you may remember was one of Kia's best buddies when she was in Miss Nisha's class) was so animated and adorable to watch! (Leah has her arms up in the picture below... :))
Miss Theresa's class was next... We knew Erin and Katherine in that class... they had issues with their reindeer ears... LOL :)
Finally, the show ended with Ms. Audrey's class... they sang "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" --- Ms. Audrey had Quincy centered right in front of the mic. He was hilarous! He was so loud and half the time was mumbling words to the music. LOL! The middle section consisted of Quincy, Mariah, Alicia and Kaili... and they were VERY loud... the rest of the class wasn't quite as loud but they were very good with the choreography and they were quite enthusiastic. So cute!

After the kids performed, Ms. Darlene introduced her staff and got recognized by Tiffany for achieving her BA degree as well as getting PACE's Volunteer of the Year award... Then we were dismissed for refreshments...
I'll try to get the video posted from the video camera... it was tooooooo cute!
