After months of searching and searching and bidding and getting outbid (3 times ugh), we finally got our new house!!! :) Escrow opens today our loan guy (Stans fraternity brother, Allen) is getting started on our loan If all of the reports are good and the loan goes through on schedule, we will move into our new home in mid-January 2006
It's so nice to have great news to report after all the sadness we've experienced the past few weeks...
Its a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with gorgeous hardwood floors and family friendly floorplan. The house is move-in ready It is in a fabulous school district and Stans commute will still be about 10 minutes (shorter if he doesnt hit the lights). This is the house Stan really wanted hes thrilled that our offer was accepted.
So.... after the holidays, we'll be packing up all our stuff and moving to our new place! :)
Gotta run... despite the happy news, I still have "real life" to deal with - Ry has a fever and is home sick today...
