Complete December 25th album on our Smugmug --- password: turtles
Santa made it to Hawaii... he delivered presents (almost all of them) to our hotel room via our lanai... the kids were thrilled! They'd asked for small items so that they could be delivered to the hotel --- any larger items would be brought to our house and a note left for the kids.
(Funny story: We'd asked the kids if we should call Uncle Jon to have him check on Christmas gifts left at home to see if there were any there... Ry immediately jumped in and said, "NO! Uncle Jon lies... we should call Nette..." hahaha! Guess the kiddos are on to J's practical jokes now! hahahaha!)
I won't post every single picture of the kids opening gifts... they're all in the album linked above...
Ry got Pokemon stuff...
Kiana got iCarly and Hello Kitty stuff...
Kaili got iCarly and Pokemon stuff...
Melody got educational toys that were bright and noisy... just like she likes them!
We spent the morning at the beach followed by lunch at Zippy's (on S. King Street this time) with the family and hung out afterwards at Uncle Jack & Aunty Kathy's house...
but the highlight was burying Daddy in the sand... :)
We got cleaned up and went to lunch and to hang out with the family... Stan's camera battery was dead and I'd forgotten my memory card in my laptop so we didn't have pictures from Christmas lunch... I was busy watching the kids downstairs (with Jer & Dan - my fellow "in-laws") at Aunty Kathy's so we didn't get many pics of the family interacting upstairs... the kids had a great time hanging out with the cousins - watching "Mythbusters" and playing DS.
